This morning, a source told us, “Shefali has got into the restaurant business. She is very passionate about it. In fact, her first venture ‘Jalsa’ is launching tonight in Ahmedabad.”
The source added, “The restaurant will be filled with fun-filled activities like sports, dandiya among other things. It is built in a spacious venue. The food will be vegetarian – Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese and CONTINENTAL,
We buzzed Shefali, who confirmed the news and said, “I am a foodie. I have always believed that life is a celebration. I love hosting people and decorating dining spaces. Also, I am a foodie. So it all added up and everything fell into place. It took me less than a month to make the place. My sister Neha is in the hospitality business and she is also in it”.
Shefali said, “It is a place that one can visit and truly enjoy. ‘Jalsa’ is about to experience bliss. It is very spacious – 7000 square feet.”
How often will Shefali go there as she is often a busy actress? Shefali concluded, “No plan, no schedule. But I will go there as far as I can.”
