Sheezan Khan recently came out of jail after getting bail in Tunisha Sharma’s alleged suicide case.

Sheezan Khan recently came out of jail after getting bail in Tunisha Sharma’s alleged suicide case. A few days later, the former Ali Baba actor’s sister Shafaq Naaz has now spoken about what they went through as a family in the last few months. Shafaq recalled how she could only see Khan through a glass window in the jail.

“It was such a long wait and we were looking forward to having her with us. Just the fact that we can touch it, hug it, means a lot to us. During all this when we visited him, we could only see him through a glass window and speak through an intercom. At that point, everything was a blur and I just wanted to bring her back home,” the actress was quoted as saying by Pinkvilla.

Shafaq also mentioned that Sheezan ‘went through the worst’ in the past few months and shared how the ‘world stopped’ for him on December 24. I don’t think he even got time to process things because everything happened in such a flash. He too was away from all of us in that jail. But he is such a strong guy who handles everything with patience. It has affected him but he is standing strong and is at peace at home at the moment. We all had a lot of patience, and thank almighty that he is with us today.”

The Ghoom Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein actress was also asked about the ongoing case of Tunisha Sharma’s alleged suicide when she said they will ‘continue to deal with it like we have already done’.

Sheezan Khan was arrested on January 25, 2022, a day after his Ali Baba co-star Tunisha Sharma was found hanging in the makeup room of his show. His arrest came after Tunisha’s mother accused Khan of abetting her suicide and claimed that the actor ‘used’ her daughter.
