A shocking incident of animal abuse has recently emerged from Dehradun, where a tenant was caught sexually assaulting his landlady’s pet cat. According to the landlady, the accused lured the cat away under the pretext of feeding it. When she went to retrieve her beloved pet, she discovered Pawan in the act of committing this heinous crime.
