Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey, which is the Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name, is all set to hit the theaters next month. The original jersey, which starred Nani and Shraddha Srinath, was loved by fans. In the Hindi remake, Shahid and Mrunal Thakur were roped in for the lead roles.
Yesterday, the makers released the trailer of the film, and it created panic on social media. Netizens said that Shahid is continuing from where he left off in Kabir Singh, but Nani fans look disappointed. He has described the teaser as a big letdown. While Shahid’s fans said that they get “blockbuster vibes” from Jersey, fans of Nani claimed that it is not even 10% of the original and will be “pure below average”.

Anirudh’s BGM will be kept in Hindi version…..only the lyrics will be replaced…. The Hindi version’s lyrics are composed by Sachet-Parampara (Bekhayali fame) Anirudh’s influence is irreplaceable.
