Shah Rukh Khan eats only tandoori chicken, Salman Khan loves to eat it: Anil Kapoor creates a storm on Star Vs Food

The latest celebrity to appear in Discovery Plus’ food show Star Vs Food Season 2 is Anil Kapoor. The ardent Bollywood superstar seemed excited to learn new tricks in the kitchen, but interestingly, the one thing he couldn’t do was to light the chulha.

The actor collaborated with executive chef Ganesh of Mumbai-based restaurant Silly to serve lamb curry-rice, gnocchi pasta and some burgers to his special guests Farah Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Maheep Kapoor. During the preparation of the delicious spread, Anil also disclosed What he has for breakfast (eggs and toast) and says that he has never been interested in dieting.

Later in the episode, his sister-in-law Maheep Kapoor says that Anil’s wife Sunita has kept him on a tight leash when it comes to food. “Sunita would never let him eat. For the last 26 years, Anil has been eating from everyone’s plate,” Maheep said with a laugh.

Along with friends chatting and eating, Anil also opened up about the word ‘Jhakas’ which has now become synonymous with him. Recalling the story in Hindi, Kapoor said, “I did this film with director Rajeev Rai, called Yudh, which also starred Jackie Shroff. In that film, my character used to say this word a lot, and it became popular among the audience. However, the word disappeared somewhere in between when I started doing other projects, and suddenly one day, it came out of nowhere and attached itself to me. “

“These days, I tell the producers that if you want me to do Jhakka in your films, I will charge double for it,” the actor said in a lighter vein.

Close friends Farah Khan and Anil Kapoor also discussed about Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khanfood habits. Farah and Anil agreed that Shah Rukh does not eat anything except a serving of tandoori chicken while Salman is the opposite. The brothers of Bollywood love to eat everything from Biryani to Chole Bhature.

Anil Kapoor emotionally ended the show saying that the whole experience reminds him of his mother, who waits for people to applaud after serving the dishes.
