Station masters have an important role in the field of rail service and operation. They may have minor problems, for which due efforts will be made to resolve their demands. In support of their demands, the All India Station Masters Association on Tuesday 26 October raised their voice by protesting at the Zonal Headquarters of South Eastern Railway.
In this, early implementation of MACP, introduction of night allowance to station masters, filling up of vacant posts at the earliest, increasing the impression cash given during the Corona period from 50 percent to 100 percent, changing furniture at small and big stations, for women station masters. Demand for changing rooms etc. is included. Taking a positive stand on the demands of ISMA, the officials said that If there is a problem then there will be a solution.
