The singer, who often made headlines for her relationship with Justin Bieber, confirmed the news of her new relationship personally and also shared a photo with Benny by her side. The Only Murders in the Building came forward and confirmed the news while slamming a social media user who were trolling her for her choice. In the comments section of a PopFaction’s post about the relationship, several social media users did not approve of Benny as her boyfriend.
A social media user called Benny ‘unhandsome’ to which Selena replied, “Feel bad for you.” She then added, ““He has treated me better than any human being on this planet.” She added, “He’s still better than anyone I’ve ever been with. Facts.”
Speaking about the relationship, a source told Entertainment Tonight, “Selena is casually dating and doing well. She is doing her own thing and doesn’t feel any sort of pressure to be in a relationship. She is just focusing on what’s best for her right now and has been very in tune with maintaining her own boundaries. Her friends and family support her and just want her to be happy.”
