As Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt turned 62 on Thursday, his fellow actors and former colleagues made sure to dedicate special social media posts to send him their best wishes. Son of Hindi cinema veteran Sunil Dutt and Nargis, Sanjay made his acting debut in 1981 with Rocky. Sanjay acted in many action movies like Saajan, Khalnayak and Vaastav. When he starred in Rajkumar Hirani’s Munna Bhai MBBS, which also starred his father Sunil, he stepped out of the dove of a tough action hero. The actor will next be seen in multilingual action drama KGF Chapter 2.

Actor Salman Khan, who has worked with Sanjay in several films like Saajan, Chal Mere Bhai and Dus, on Thursday posted an old picture on his Instagram handle to wish him a happy birthday. The actor posted a shot on the social media platform from one of his hit songs titled Hindustani from the film Dus as he wrote, “Happy Bade Baba”.

Malayalam cinema actor Mohanlal also posted a picture of himself with the actor on his official Twitter handle, as did his birthday wishes. The caption of the post read, “Wishing you lots of happiness and good health today and always… Happy Birthday Sanju Baba.”
Actress Raveena Tandon, who worked with Sanjay in several films in the nineties, posted a picture on her Instagram story, wishing him a happy birthday. The actress, who starred in KGF Chapter 2 next to Sanjay, posted her character poster on Instagram and shared a quote, which read, “‘War is for progress, even Vulture agrees with me Will be.” Adheera, happy birthday Sanjay Dutt.”
Actor Ajay Devgn released a recent song from his upcoming film Bhuj which was picturized on Sanjay. Sharing the post on Instagram, Devgn wrote, “Brother brother, bringing it to you on the birthday of our dear Sanju Baba. Happy Birthday Sanjay Dutt.”
Sanjay’s next feature film is Bhuj, which will release in August.
