“People don’t realize the seriousness of what they say, be it memes, videos or just the use of words. “It’s a matter of moment for them, instinctively they feel like they put it in there, not realizing what the person reading it will do,” Kartik said in the video.

On October 12, Dan Christian revealed that he and his pregnant wife, Georgia Dunn, had received hate on social media.

“I didn’t have a good game tonight but that game. However please leave him out of it,” Christian posted on Instagram.

Maxwell also took to Twitter to call on supporters.

“Some of the garbage that’s going on on social media is absolutely disgusting!” He has written. “We are human beings who are giving our best every day. Maybe try to be a decent person instead of spreading abuse.

“Thanks to the REAL fans who shared the love and appreciation for the players who gave their all! Unfortunately, there are some terrible people out there who make social media a terrible place. This is unacceptable!!! Please don’t be like them “

RCB also expressed their support for Christian on their official Twitter.

“Be a real fan,” he shared.
