The Delhi Police has started a probe into the death of Satish Kaushik, after a woman alleged that the actor was murdered with some bullets that were prepared by her husband.
The Delhi Police has launched a probe into Satish Kaushik’s death after a woman claiming to be the wife of a Delhi-based businessman claimed that her husband had allegedly killed Kaushik. An officer has been asked to prove the case and the statement of the woman who lodged the report will also be taken.
“In the case of actor Satish Kaushik’s death, an inquiry has been initiated into the allegations of foul play made by a woman (Vikas Malu’s wife). An Inspector level officer of South West district has been asked to investigate the entire matter. Police will call the woman to record her statement: Delhi Police,” tweeted news agency ANI.

According to a Times Now report, the woman has claimed that her husband allegedly killed Kaushik for Rs 15 crore, which he had taken from the actor for investment purposes in Dubai. The woman, in her complaint lodged with the Delhi Police Commissioner’s office, claimed that Kuashik was demanding money back, which her husband was unwilling to pay.
Earlier on Saturday, a senior police officer had said that they have recovered some ‘medicines’ from the Delhi farmhouse where the 66-year-old actor had attended a party before his death, allegedly due to cardiac arrest.
However, as per previous reports, nothing suspicious or objectionable was found at the spot or from his room. Bollywood Actor Satish Kaushik in addition to some medicines said Delhi Police. The police have also ruled out any conspiracy in the veteran actor’s death. As per the post-mortem report, the preliminary cause of death was stated to be cardiac arrest due to coronary artery blockage and the manner of death appeared to be natural, police said. However, the final opinion will be given after appreciation and observation of the histopathology study report of blood related heart and FSL.
Earlier, the police were informed that nothing suspicious or objectionable was found at the spot or from the room where the late actor was staying, except some medicines. Satish Kaushik and his manager Santosh Rai came to Delhi at 10 am on March 8 and stayed at their friend Vikas Malu’s house. They celebrated Holi till 3:00 pm and rested. After this there was no party and at around 9:00 pm the actor had dinner and went for a walk. However, around midnight, he complained about some health issues and was rushed to Fortis Hospital in Gurugram, where doctors declared him brought dead.
