New Delhi: Chandrashekhar Guruji of ‘Saral Vastu’ fame was stabbed to death in Hubballi, Karnataka on Tuesday (July 5, 2022), police said. Visual footage showed two men repeatedly stabbing at the reception area of a city hotel. Within hours, both the accused were arrested in Belagavi district and the reason behind the murder of Chandrashekhar Guruji is under investigation.
“Some people called him to the lobby area of the hotel where he was staying. A man greeted him and suddenly started stabbing him. Due to multiple injuries, he died by the time he was taken to the hospital It was done,” ANI news agency quoted Hubli Police Commissioner Labhu Ram as saying.

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the killing of Chandrashekhar Guruji was “heinous” and told that he has spoken to the police commissioner and asked him to nab the culprits seen in the video.
Three days ago, a child of his family had died in Hubli, for which he had come here to attend a function.
Chandrashekhar Guruji was born in Karnataka’s Bagalkot
Guruji was born in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka. He started his career as a contractor and later got a job in Mumbai where he settled and later pursued the architectural business there.
