Sanjay Dutt met with an unfortunate accident on the sets of his upcoming Kannada film KD. The actor sustained injuries during the filming of a bomb blast scene in Bengaluru on Wednesday. According to a source, while filming the explosion scenes, Sanjay sustained injuries on his face, hand and elbow as the glass shattered and the actor was hit by a few pieces. He returned to Mumbai after first aid. After the accident, the shooting was stopped for some time. No information has been received yet about what caused the accident. The incident took place on Magadi Road in Bengaluru and thankfully Sanjay Dutt is recovering from his injuries.
