Actress Payal Rohatgi has had a love-hate relationship with controversies for a long time. Payal is always seen expressing her opinion on social media, and more often than not her words are controversial, leading to reactions from all quarters.
Payal has been making waves ever since Kangana Ranaut appeared in the reality show Lock Up, which streams on Alt Balaji and MX Player. However, Payal, who also participated in Bigg Boss a few years back, came under criticism after she failed to identify the President of India during a test on the show. His fiancee Sangram Singh has finally come out in his support.
He said, ‘Payal is a sensible woman. As far as I know her, she knows a lot about politics, history and general knowledge.” The name may have been omitted from his memory for a few minutes because of the hustle and bustle.
He clarified that Payal is on one side and the other contestants are on the other side of the show. While the rest of the players seem to be united in the game due to the threat of elimination, Payal is maintaining her position. He also claimed that he was forced not to speak immediately so that the team would lose. “Payal is very intelligent and knowledgeable and it is wrong and unnecessary to judge her by one question,” he added.
He also believes that whatever he and Payal are today, it is because of the love of the people.
Payal has appeared in several Bollywood movies, such as 36 China Town, Dhol and Dil Kabaddi, to mention a few. In 2008, she also appeared in the hit reality show Bigg Boss. Wrestler Sangram Singh is her fiancee. They have also starred together in the reality show Nach Baliye.
