Kannada actress Divya Spandana, who goes by her stage name Ramya, is back on the sets of films. The Sandalwood Queen took a long break from the Kannada film industry to focus on her political career. The actress turned politician made a surprise visit to the sets of Hoysala in Mysore. Women cricketer Veda Krishnamurthy had earlier also made her presence felt on the sets and now Ramya has been included as a guest on the sets of the film.
The makers of the film shared the video on Sunday. The unexpected visit took everyone by surprise. In the video, Ramya can be seen interacting with the team. He oversaw the sequences being shot with the crew, director Vijay Nagendra and producer Karthik Gowda. He can be seen greeting and chatting with the actors, Dhananjay and Amrita Iyengar.

Ramya retweeted the video shared by KRG Connects and said that she is looking forward to the release. “Film to look forward to in 2023, Hoysala. Vijay Nagendra, Dhananjay is excited to see you playing the role of Guru Dev. Hoysala, the visuals are mind-blowing! Amrita Iyengar must be your best performance,” she wrote. He further added that Kartik, Yogi Ji Raj and KRG Studios are continuing their winning streak.

She also put up a video on her Instagram feed and praised everyone for the film. The caption of the post read: “Over the weekend I fell off the sets of Hoysala directed by Vijay. They were shooting an intense action sequence (I know it doesn’t look like it in the video). I was shown some footage he shot and as you can hear in the video, I just kept saying ‘Wow’ – that’s great.”
She continued and thanked Dhananjay for sharing his chocolates and conversation. “Sagittarius thanks for the chocolate and interesting conversation. I am most excited to see you play the role of a cop. You make such a beautiful cop!” he added.
He also praised Amrita for her performance and further wrote, “Amy must be your best performance. I’m sure you’re going to win many awards!”
Ramya once said that she will soon be back in the film industry and her fans are eagerly waiting for her return.
