Samsung has fixed a cloud-based unified endpoint management issue Microsoft Intune on Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 smartphones running Android 13.

Tech giant Samsung has fixed the issue with Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based unified endpoint management service, on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 smartphones running Android 13.

As reported by SamMobile, some users were facing issues with the Intune application on their phones after they updated them to the latest firmware.

In addition, users were unable to complete enrollment when creating task profiles for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) provisioning.

However, Samsung has now come up with a solution to the problem.

The tech giant said that it has fixed the issue from the server side and advised users to reboot their devices before setting up work profiles.

When users start the enrollment process after restarting the phone, it will automatically download the Android Device Policy, after which users will be able to complete the enrollment.

The report states that if this does not work, the company has suggested users to manually download the Android Device Policy from the Play Store and start the enrollment process again.
