Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming film Yashoda, directed by Hari and Harish, will release on August 12 this year, the makers announced on Tuesday. Music for the film is by Manisharma and dialogues by Pulgam Chinnarayan and Dr. Challa Bhagyalakshmi. M. Sukumar is the director of photography for the film, whose stunts will be choreographed by Venkat.
Apart from this, Samantha will be seen in Gunasekhar’s mythological film ‘Shakuntalam’. The upcoming anthology film, directed by Gunasekhar, is now in the final stages of the post-production phase. Starring Samantha as the queen, Dev Mohan played the role of King Dushyant, while Allu Arjun’s six-year-old daughter, Allu Arha, will be seen as Prince Bharat. In addition, the actress will soon be working with Downton Abbey director Philip John in a project titled ‘Arrangements of Love’.
