If reports are to be believed, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen getting married again but not in real life.
Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is busy with work these days. The actress, who is separated from Naga Chaitanya, took a break from work due to her auto-immune disease myositis, but has returned to work stronger. Sam was shooting for Citadel India, helmed by Raj and DK and co-starring Varun Dhawan, and has now reunited with Vijay Deverakonda to shoot for Kushi.
While not much is known about the film, apart from the fact that it is a love story and is set in Kashmir, a new report claims that Samantha will be seen playing a married woman in it. According to The Siasat Daily, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen as a married woman in the second part of the film.
While fans are eager to know more about her role in the film, this won’t be the first time Sam will be seen getting married on screen. The actress has acted in Telugu films such as Manam and Majili and Tamil films such as Theri and Super Deluxe.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, pictures from Samantha’s reunion with Kushi’s team were shared online. Director Shiva Nirvana shared pictures on Twitter, in which Samantha and Vijay coincidentally accompanied the team on Women’s Day and announced that the shoot has resumed.

Kushi marks the second collaboration of Samantha and actor Vijay Deverakonda after Mahanati, in which they were paired together. The title of the film was revealed along with the poster last May. Samantha described it as a film that would be a grand family experience in an Instagram post. After completing the first schedule in Kashmir, the film’s shoot came to a halt when Samantha revealed that she was suffering from a rare auto-immune disease called myositis.
