New Delhi: Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation a few months back in October 2021 through a social media post. This shocked his fans and they have been looking for a silver lining ever since.
After her split with Naga Chaitanya, she deleted all her posts together, including pictures from their wedding ceremonies, festivities, their outings together and other family events. However, in a surprising turn of events, Samantha has now deleted her separation announcement post as well.
The former couple announced their divorce through a statement shared on their social media pages. The statement read, “To all our well wishers. After much deliberation and deliberation, Chai and I have decided to separate as husband and wife to continue on our way. We are fortunate to have a friendship that has been at the core of our relationship for over a decade and we believe that we will always have a special bond. We request our fans, well wishers and media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move forward. Thanks for your support.”

Earlier, Shakunthalam’s producer Neelima revealed that Samantha wanted to start a family with Naga. She said that when she was offered Shakuntalam last year by her father, director Gunasekhat, she declined the offer as she wanted to start a family with her then-husband, Naga Chaitanya.
For those unaware, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was married to actor Naga Chaitanya for over four years until they decided to separate in October last year. There has been a lot of controversy regarding their divorce and Samantha also faced a lot of online trolling after the divorce.
