Saif Ali Khan in Priyadarshan’s next film?
Source revealed that if things fall in place then Priyadarshan will shoot for the Saif Ali Khan starrer in July and August.
Saif Ali Khan is one of the versatile actors of Bollywood. He has essayed many roles which has left a mark on audiences’ mind. Well, a new report is coming in that the actor is in talks with Priyadarshan who is all set to make a thriller film. Pinkvilla has reported that Saif has been approached for a blind man’s role and even he is also interested in playing this role.
The report says Saif Ali Khan has been offered to play the part of a blind man in the film and the actor too has shown some interest to play the part. If things fall in place, Priyadarshan will shoot for the Saif Ali Khan starrer in July and August. Industry source also revealed that over the period of time, Priyadarshan has mastered the art of making thrillers in the Malayalam Film Industry and is now looking to make one with Saif Ali Khan in the lead. The talks are on and in a very nascent stage at the moment.
The source further added that attempts are being made to take this film on floors by July 2024 with a start-to-finish 40-day schedule. The script is ready and it’s all about getting the star cast and production house in place. We will have a clearer picture about the outcome of this film in a fortnight, as things are in a very early stage at the moment.
Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Adipurush. This is a magnum opus based on the epic Ramayana. Saif Ali Khan plays Lankesh, the antagonist who is based on Ravana, the king of Lanka who abducts Sita, the wife of Ram. Prabhas plays Ram, the protagonist who is based on Vishnu, the supreme god who incarnates as a human to rescue Sita. Kriti Sanon plays Sita, the heroine who is based on Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. The film is directed by Om Raut. However, it did not performed well at the box office and was also criticised for its dialogue.
He will be next seen in Devara. Saif Ali Khan will play the role of a police officer in this Telugu-language film.
