Telugu actor Sai Dharam Tej was injured on 10 September after falling from a bike in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s nephew Sai Tej is said to be an avid biker. When he has no shooting schedule, he travels on a bike.
According to the police, the sports bike slipped sharply and fell near the cable bridge in Madhapur area. He suffered multiple injuries and was taken by 108 ambulance to the nearby Medicover Hospital, reportedly in an unconscious state. He was later taken to Apollo Hospital, where his condition was stated to be stable. A police officer from Madhapur police station said that the actor lost control of the vehicle and fell.

After recovering for more than a month in the hospital, Tej came back home from Apollo Hospital. Incidentally, he is also celebrating his birthday today and fans of the actor are calling it a rebirth for him. Tej’s uncle Chiranjeevi shared a picture with him and wished him a happy birthday on the occasion and shared the news of his return on Twitter with fans.

A week ago, Tej also shared a picture from the hospital in which he reassured fans about his health.
Tej is the son of Chiranjeevi’s sister Vijaya Durga. He made his acting debut in 2014 and has acted in over a dozen films till date.
