Sachin Joshi won the long-running case against Raj Kundra, said- ‘I am glad Karma..’

Mumbai: Actor Sachin Joshi, who filed a complaint against Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, has won a long-running court battle against Satyug Gold, a gold trading company previously held by the couple. The Bombay High Court asked the company to hand over one kilogram of gold to the actor. The court also directed the company to pay Rs 3 lakh to Joshi for legal proceedings.

Joshi has alleged in his complaint that he was cheated by Satyug Gold Pvt Ltd, the company from which he had bought 1 kg of gold in a gold scheme.

Joshi was quoted by News18 as saying, “My legal battle was just representation of many investors of Satyug Gold who have invested in gold scheme at a discounted rate, only for not getting the gold.”

Sachin said that Satyug Gold asked him to pay a fine of Rs 25,50,000 for collecting the gold, for which he had paid an amount of Rs 18,57,870 six years ago.

The actor-turned-entrepreneur also revealed why he decided to break his silence on the matter now. He said his “false and baseless allegations” have turned out to be true.

“We got our 1kg gold and 3L fine that they had to pay us to go through this legal process where they were at fault from the very beginning and yes, regarding the check bounce case, we will win that too as it was what Joshi said. Said, was stopped, didn’t bounce as we didn’t see any transparency in his behavior. I am glad that Karma finally caught Kundra.

Why was Raj Kundra arrested?
