The actor has been in the news ever since he tied the knot with his college sweetheart Lohita Reddy on November 21. Kartikeya proposed Lohita in a filmy manner. At the pre-release program of Raja Vikramarka, he went down on one knee and proposed to Lohita.
Both got engaged in August this year. The two have been together since they were students at NIT Warangal. Lohita and Kartikeya were married in Hyderabad. One of the highlights of the wedding was the presence of Megastar Chiranjeevi, who blessed the couple and had a brief chat with them.
Apart from Chiranjeevi, other eminent personalities from the industry were also invited. Kartikeya himself presented his lady love to the world at a film event.
