Ukrainian officials say a Russian military force is heading towards Europe’s largest nuclear plant, which accounts for nearly a quarter of Ukraine’s electricity generation. Both the Ukrainian state nuclear power company and the mayor of Enerhodar, Dmitro Orlov, said Russian troops were approaching the Zaporizhzhya nuclear plant. (AP)
