Zhaparova revealed heartbreaking details about human rights abuses and even theft of household goods by Russian troops during their aggression against Ukraine.

She claimed that intercepted conversations of Russian soldiers showed that they were talking about stealing household items even “toilet bowls” from Ukrainian homes.

Emine Dzhaparova’s visit to India is the first from Ukraine after Russia launched its invasion of the Eastern European country on February 24 last year.
