Emine Zhaparova described India as a global leader and a ‘Vishwaguru’ who can play a role in tackling global challenges.
Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Emin Zhaparova, who is on her first visit to Delhi, urged India to bring peace to the conflict and spoke about the horrors of war as a result of Russian aggression.

Emine Dzhaparova’s visit to India is the first from Ukraine after Russia launched its invasion of the Eastern European country on February 24 last year.
