Rubina has a strong message for ‘pseudo fans’: ‘Seeing that my weight gain is bothering you’

New Delhi: ‘Bigg Boss 14’ winner Rubina Dilaik, who enjoys a lot of popularity, has shared a strong message for her ‘pseudo fans’ on her social media. She revealed in her post that she has been receiving hate mails and messages ever since she gained weight. Not only this, Rubina also highlighted that people were ‘threatening’ her to leave ‘Fandy’ when she started getting fat.

Rubina posted a few selfies on her Instagram and wrote, “Dear well wishers/pseudo fans, I see my weight gain is bothering you! You are constantly sending hate mails and messages, if I don’t take PR Or I don’t tip for spotting so you don’t see my worth… you’re threatening to quit the fandom because I’m fat now, I don’t wear nice clothes and I don’t want to get big projects not working hard….well i am really disappointed that, for you my physical appearance is more important than my talent and my commitment towards my work…..but i have a good news for all of you ….This is my life and it has phases, and you are also a phase of my life!PS:- I respect my fans, so don’t call yourself my fan!

In one of her earlier posts, the ‘Ardh’ actress revealed that despite being a fitness enthusiast, she gained weight post COVID-19 recovery. She also revealed that she gained 7 kilograms after her recovery and this made her ‘low confidence’. Rubina wrote a note, which read, “After recovering from covid I gained 7 kg, which made me really uncomfortable and lost confidence! Tried hard to get back to my normal 50 but……..so here is a little nugget for my beautiful ones (which I am currently practicing)! Weight first of all depends on your health and not your looks… Be kind to your body”.

Speaking on the professional front, Rubina Dilaik will next be seen in her debut Bollywood film ‘Ardh’ co-starring Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani.
