RRR Trailer Launch: Jr NTR calls Ajay Devgn his ‘guru’, wanted to copy his flowers and thorns bike stunt

The trailer of filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s RRR, one of the most awaited films of Indian cinema, was launched with much fanfare on Thursday. At the trailer launch, Jr NTR fans blew whistles and shouted ‘Jai NTR’ inside the auditorium to welcome their favorite superstar. While Ram Charan was not present for the launch due to family commitment, Ajay Devgn And Alia Bhatt Those who are also a part of the film were present.

Set in the 1920s, RRR, which is made on an estimated budget of Rs 350 crore, is a fictional story inspired by Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

Talking about working with Rajamouli, NTR said that it was a magical experience. Rajamouli is a great sculptor. I call her Jakana ever since I met her a few years back. When such a trailer comes, we want this kind of reaction and so today is a big day for me.”

The film marks the entry of the Telugu superstar into Hindi cinema. The actor feels that RRR is the perfect debut for him. “Rajamouli has quenched my thirst for something new. An actor should never be comfortable, and Rajamouli quips that in me, he always has something different, something to step out of my comfort zone. Being a part of RRR has opened many doors for me.”

The south superstar also shared his experience of working with Devgn, whom he grew up watching. “I grew up watching Ajay Devgn movies. So when I worked with him it was like working with a mentor. We don’t have any scenes together but I used to visit him on the sets and sit with him, I used to love it. I remember seeing his action shot in Phool Aur Kaante where he comes standing on two bikes. I remember I wanted to emulate him and my mother used to tell me not to even try because such things happen only in films. He is such a fine gentleman, and every minute I share with him, I cherish those moments. ,
