‘RRR’ Screenwriter Gets Teary-Eyes After Watching Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Emergency’ Edit

New Delhi: Actress Kangana Ranaut, who is busy with the post-production of her upcoming directorial ‘Emergency’, has shared that ‘RRR’ screenwriter KV Vijayendra Prasad has seen the editing and appreciated the film.

The actress shared a picture of herself with screenwriter Prasad on her Instagram stories.

The ‘Queen’ actress captioned the picture: “The first person to see #Emergency after the editing was done… Vijendra sir not only wiped his eyes multiple times while watching the edit, but after watching it he said …’ I am very proud of you my child’. Well my life is made.”

He also revealed that the post-production work of ‘Emergency’ has started.

The actress wrote: “With the blessings of all my gurus and well-wishers, the film ‘Emergency’ is all set to go into the post-production stage. Release date to be announced soon.”

‘Emergency’ is Kangana’s second directorial venture after the 2019 period drama film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. Apart from Kangana, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman and Mahima Chowdhary in key roles.
