RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher Paper Leak Case: In the RPSC second grade teacher recruitment paper leak case, the four accused have been dismissed from government service. Also, the illegal construction work done by the wanted accused in the related case has been demolished today (January 13) by the JDA in Jaipur as per the legal procedure.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said, “As per the new law passed by the assembly in 2022, further effective action will be taken against the accused. With the future of the youth of our state.

JDA demolished part of the accused’s house built on the encroached land:

The enforcement wing of the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has recently started demolishing the illegal construction done in the house of Bhupendra Saran, who was named in the grade-2 teacher recruitment exam paper leak case. The proceedings began in the evening after the JDA tribunal rejected Saran’s plea seeking more time to remove the encroachment.

JDA Chief Controller (Enforcement) Raghuveer Saini told that according to the site plan, front setback was to be 15 feet and back setback was to be left 8.3 feet but it is covered by the house and the front balcony is inside the road limit.

On Monday, the wing demolished the five-storey building in which the accused used to run his coaching centre. The enforcement wing of JDA found that the Adhigam Coaching Center building was constructed in violation of laws. At the same time, the wing also inspected Saran’s house built on a plot of 141 square yards in Rajni Vihar of Ajmer Road. According to the wing, the height of the four-storey building was also more than the prescribed limit of 8 metres.

What did the officer say:

Saini said that action is being taken as per the law. The wing had pasted a notice to remove the encroachment at the gate of the house by 5 pm on January 11. To get relief from the action, a petition was filed in the JDA Tribunal on behalf of Saran’s wife. He also went to the High Court but his petition was rejected.

The JDA tribunal also dismissed the plea on Friday allowing the enforcement wing to proceed to demolish the illegal encroachment. The tribunal directed the wing to ensure that legal construction is not damaged in the action.

JDA team has started action as soon as the decision comes. The street where the house is located was closed to public movement and bulldozers began demolishing the construction in front. When action was taken, the house was not vacated.

A total of 55 people, including 37 candidates, were arrested last month in the grade-2 teacher recruitment exam paper leak case.

The Udaipur police had stopped a bus in which the candidates were going to take the exam. The question paper was found from the examinees, after which all were arrested. Bhupendra Saran and Suresh Dhaka are the main accused in the paper leak case and are evading arrest.

BJP, RLP leaders announce march against question paper leak

Attacking the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government in Rajasthan over the paper leak, Rashtriya Loktantrik Party MP Hanuman Beniwal on Friday announced a massive protest next week over the issue.

Beniwal also demanded a CBI inquiry into the leak. He alleged that in the last ten years, dozens of papers were canceled due to leaks but governments remained silent whenever the involvement of any minister or bureaucrat was suspected. At the same time, BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Kirori Lal Meena announced to take out a march from Dausa to Jaipur on Tuesday with thousands of youths alleging the involvement of officials of the Chief Minister’s Office.

He also accused six Congress MLAs of being involved in at least four recruitment exam paper leaks. Meena, however, refused to reveal the names and said he would reveal the identity of the Congress MLAs in the coming days. The BJP leader also accused an officer of the Special Operation Group of being linked to the accused in the paper leak case.

Both the leaders held separate press conferences on the issue and alleged the involvement of ruling party leaders in it. Last month, the second grade teacher recruitment exam was canceled after the paper was leaked. Earlier the papers of Constable Recruitment-2022 and REET-2021 were leaked.

Rashtriya Loktantrik Party convenor Beniwal told reporters that they would protest in Jaipur on Tuesday regarding the paper leak case, in Barmer on Thursday regarding illegal sand mining and on January 20 in Ajmer regarding electricity related issues. Under the Congress rule in the state, the system had deteriorated and unemployment was at its peak.

BJP’s Meena also targeted Gehlot over the paper leak and claimed that there was cheating in the online paper and there should be a detailed inquiry. He alleged that Suresh Dhaka, allegedly involved in the teacher recruitment paper leak case, is behind the cheating in the online paper in connivance with a private person engaged to conduct the exam.

Meena said that he along with thousands of youths from Dausa to Jaipur would take out a march against the state government and the government’s failure to stop cheating in examinations and paper leaks.
