Rozgar Bazar 2.0: Delhi government to launch new portal for Indian youth to find entry level jobs

New Delhi: Delhi Government is all set to launch Rozgar Bazaar 2.0 portal which will help Indian youth to find entry level jobs. The app comes after the Rozgar Bazar portal which was launched last year which turned out to be useful for youths looking for jobs and small businesses looking for skilled workers in Delhi.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia claimed that Employment Market 2.0 will be the first of its kind innovative platform launched by any state government to provide all employment related services to its citizens seamlessly.

According to the statement released by the government last week, Employment Market 2.0 “will be a gateway to access skills training, career guidance and skill credentials and a mobile app will also be made available”.

Sisodia said the new Employment Market 2.0 portal will “bring all services related to skill training, career guidance and job matching on a first of its kind digital platform in India”.

“More than 14 lakh job seekers and 10 lakh jobs have already been advertised on the current employment market portal and no other job matching platform has been so successful by any state government in India. But we do not want to stop here. Huh.” said.

Sisodia said, “This platform will also provide many other important services. This will range from skilling, career guidance, skill credentialing and automated analytics services, all of which will help enhance the potential of job seekers to earn a meaningful livelihood. While services like skilling and career guidance will help job-seekers build an aspirational career, a robust analytics platform will provide the government with rich insights to formulate policies and drive positive impact on the ground.
