A case of honor killing has come to the fore in Hyderabad. Where the newly married couple riding a bike was attacked with a rod. In this, the husband died on the spot. This incident happened at around 9 pm on Wednesday night in LB Nagar of the city. The accused who attacked turned out to be none other than the two brothers of the wife of the deceased. Police have formed a special team to nab them and further action is on.

According to the police, the deceased Bilapuram Nagaraju and his wife Syed Ashrin Sultana studied together in the same college. The two fell in love and got married in January this year. After marriage, Sultana changed her name to Pallavi. The brothers were angry with this marriage, probably because of this the murder was done.
Bilapuram and Sultana got married in January at the Arya Samaj temple.
Brothers committed murder
According to ACP Sridhar Reddy, his wife had two brothers who killed the deceased, who fled after committing the incident. The deceased was going by bike with his wife. The wife’s brothers beat up and killed her there.
MLA demanded inquiry
Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh has demanded the arrest of the accused who carried out the murder. He said whether it was family members, or did some religious groups give advice to the family? Did any group promise them financial help? There should be a thorough investigation into this murder.
