New Delhi: Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani made several announcements during the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday.

Describing “our business and financial success” as exceeding expectations since the last annual general meeting, he said: “But RIL’s humanitarian efforts during this difficult time have given me more pleasure than our business performance.”

Reliance’s billionaire chairperson revealed that RIL’s consolidated revenue stood at around Rs 5,40,000 crore. Consolidated EBITDA was around Rs 98,000 crore, and about 50 per cent of EBITDA was contributed by consumer businesses.
