This happened when Mann, along with AAP national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, visited the Swaminarayan temple in Gujarat’s Shahibagh.
Both the leaders prayed for peace and prosperity of the country during their visit to the temple.

Earlier on Saturday, Kejriwal and Mann had gone to Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad. Both of you leaders also cut the spinning wheel at Sabarmati Ashram.
After this both of them participated in ‘Tiranga Yatra’.
Addressing the roadshow with Kejriwal, Mann said, “Delhi and Punjab have settled, now we are preparing for Gujarat.
Stating that he hails from the “land of freedom fighters Punjab”, Mann said: “I got to see a lot here. Gandhiji’s letters and the various movements he led. The charkha is a part of every other household in Punjab. “
“My mother and grandmother also use it. I have seen the charkha being used since childhood. We are a nationalist people and we love the nation. This is my first visit to Gujarat after becoming the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Both urged the people of Gujarat to give AAP a chance in the upcoming state assembly elections.
“I feel grateful to be born in the country like Gandhiji. This is my first visit after becoming the Chief Minister of Delhi. But I used to come here as an activist too,” Kejriwal said.
