Reliance Jio down in Mumbai circle.
Many Reliance Jio users in Mumbai are facing problems like internet disruption and trouble connecting calls, as the Jio network is facing an outage in the Mumbai circle. The problem has been fixed by Reliance Jio as ‘temporary’ and they have assured users that the problem will be fixed.
Responding to a Twitter user complaining about the network issue, JioCare, Reliance’s customer support handle, Jio wrote, “Hello! You have an intermittent need to use internet services or make or receive calls on your mobile connection. The problem may be faced. It is temporary and our team is working to solve it as soon as possible – Bhushan.”
Replying to another upset user, Jio asked him to share his number and provide an alternate number for further assistance.
The best possible way is to use a WiFi CAN connection to connect to the Internet until the blackout occurs. Jio users can also use alternate numbers for communication.
