New Delhi: Handset maker Realme on Tuesday introduced its budget smartphone, the Realme 9i, in India in two colors with a starting price of Rs 13,999. The handset will be available for initial sale from January 25 on Realme.com, Flipkart and other channels. The Realme 9i packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 6nm processor and a first in the segment 33W Dart charging technology. The price of 6GB / 128GB variant of Realme 9i is Rs 15,999.

Realme 9i Specs and Features
The budget Realme 9i runs on Android 11 OS with Realme UI 2.0. In terms of display, the device sports a 6.6-inch full-HD+ screen with 20.1:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has a touch sampling rate of 180Hz and a layer of Dragon Trail Pro glass has been slapped on for protection. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset powers the device along with Adreno 610 GPU and 6GB of RAM.
The Realme 9i also packs 128GB of onboard storage that can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. In terms of connectivity, there is dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C. The budget handset also offers a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of camera specs, the Realme 9i packs a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP portrait shooter and a second 2MP macro camera.
