Rajasthan Secondary Board education (RBSE) has declared class 12 or Inter results for commerce and science stream students today. Of the total students who appeared for the exam, 96.58 percent passed in science stream and commerce, the pass percentage stood at 87.53 percent. A total of 2,31,956 students had registered in the Science stream, while 230191 students took the exam and 222210 students passed. The pass percentage is 96.58 percent. In commerce stream, 27325 students had registered and 27013 students appeared for the exam, out of which 26346 students passed. The pass percentage in commerce is 87.53 percent. The pass percentage has seen a decline as compared to last year as 97.53 per cent had passed RBSE 12th commerce and science stream in 2021 with 96.58 per cent.

Sometimes, due to the heavy traffic on the official website, it takes some time for the student to check his/her result. If such a situation comes, do not panic. To check marksheet online, students need to log-in using their roll number which is mentioned on their admit card. Students can also check it along with their results by using the date of birth. Hence, candidates are advised to keep their admit card handy before checking the result.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: How to check via SMS:

To check the score via SMS, open the SMS menu of your cell phone. Now, students have to enter ‘RJ12’ space ‘Roll Number’. Send the message you typed to 5676750 or 56263. The result will be sent to your phone soon.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: How to check through Digilocker

Step 1: Download Digilocker app on your phone from Google Playstore or Apple App Store. You can also visit the official website digilocker.gov.in.

Step 2: Sign up using your mobile number, name, date of birth, mobile number, email id and Aadhaar number

Step 3: Now, create a password and click on submit.

Step 4: Login using your required information

Step 5: Now, click on RBSE under ‘Education’ tab

Step 6: Select the option of 12th Exam Result 2022

Step 7: Input Your Aadhar card The number and result will appear on your screen.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: What to Check?

After getting the Rajasthan Board 12th result, students have to cross-check all the details on the marksheet including spelling of their name, parent’s name, score, subject name and application number. In case of discrepancy, students should immediately report to the school authorities.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: Passing Marks

The minimum passing marks of RBSE 12 board exam is 33 percent in each subject as well as overall. Students who remain dissatisfied with their results can improve their scores by appearing for the supplementary exam, the date of which will be announced soon.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: No Merit List

Like last year, this year also Rajasthan Board will not release any merit list. This will be the third time in a row that the board will not announce the merit list. In 2021, the merit list was not announced as the examinations had to be canceled and the evaluation was done on the basis of an alternate method and grace marks policy for all. In 2020, no merit list was also released.

Moreover, students will be able to apply to check their results within days of the date of declaration without any late fee. They will be given 5 more days but with late fee. The scrutiny fee is Rs 100. There will be no re-examination for the students who appeared this time.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: Controversy over Political Science paper

The RBSE Inter or 12th Political Science exam had six questions related to Congress, which is the current ruling party of the state. Questions included – “Who gave the slogan of Garibi Hatao?”, “Describe the social and intellectual alliances of the Congress,” “How many seats did the Congress win in the 1984 elections?”, “Which political party dominated the first three general elections” was?” “The 1971 general election proved to be an election for the restoration of the Congress. Explain this statement”, among others.

After this the Center had sought clarification. The state BJP had asked whether it was a political science paper or a Congress history paper. Rajasthan Education Minister BD Kalla had said that the questions asked were in line with the state government’s syllabus. Kalla said, “I have not seen such an instance before, in which the Center writes to the state government on a board exam.”

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: When is the result of Arts stream

There may be a delay in the declaration of Arts result due to the high number of candidates. Last year, when the board declared the results of all the three streams simultaneously, students were unable to download their marksheets for hours. So, this year, the board decided to declare the class 12 arts result later. Around 5 lakh students took the RBSE 12th exam in Arts stream. According to the official notice, it will be announced on June 10.

Rajasthan Board 12th Result 2022: What happened in previous years?

RBSE had canceled the physical board exams last year due to the pandemic. The students were promoted on the basis of alternative assessment method. In 2021, a total of 99.97 percent of Class 12 students passed the exam. Stream-wise, commerce students retained the top spot with 99.73 per cent students passing the exam. 99.19 percent passed in Arts and 99.48 percent in Science. Whereas in 2020 the pass percentage of class 12 was 92.3 percent and in 2019 it was 90.78 percent.
