Candidates appearing in the RBSE class 8th exam have to score minimum 33 percent marks out of maximum marks. If a candidate of Rajasthan Board fails to obtain the minimum passing marks in any subject, he/she will be treated as failed. Failing this, Rajasthan Board students will have to appear for supplementary exams. After the result is out, the board officials will also open the window for the verification of the scorecard.

In Rajasthan 8th Board Exam, grades are given instead of marks. Students with grades A to D are considered passes, while students in E1 and E2 are considered fails. If E grade is obtained in one or more subjects, then supplementary examination will have to be given.

RBSE 8th Result 2023: Previous Year Pass Percentage

In 2022, a total of 12.63 lakh students appeared in the Rajasthan Board Class 8th exam. Out of these, 94.97 per cent boys and 96.30 per cent girls passed the exam. While in 2021, the pass percentage is 94.44 per cent, in 2020 the overall percentage is 92.07 per cent, and in 2019 it is 92.12 per cent.

After the RBSE 8th result, the board will announce the names of first, second and third rank holders and the marks obtained by them.
