Ranaut, who was awarded the Padma Shri two weeks after her fourth best actress selection National Film Award. Now, her sister Rangoli wrote a heartfelt note for her sister and said that she is proud and happy for her. The post was captioned as, ”My sister @kanganaranaut ️!! How lucky am I to be saying this, feeling so proud and happy that even words are falling short to explain!! Maa Ambika keep raining on them Blessing’s on you !!! ”.

After the ceremony, Kangana shared a video on her Instagram handle. The ‘Queen’ actress said in a statement, “As an artist, I have received many awards, love and acceptance, but today I have received the award from this country, this government for being an ideal citizen. I am grateful.” Video Posted on his Instagram page.
“When I started working at a young age, I didn’t find success in my career for 8-10 years. I didn’t enjoy my success. I turned down offers to endorse fairness products, boycotted item numbers , refused to work on a large scale. With hero films and big production houses,” Ranaut said.
He further said, “I made more enemies than money. When I came to know more about national affairs, I raised my voice against any force that threatens the country…”
