Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are finally married. The lovebirds tied the knot on April 14 at Ranbir’s Vastu residence. It’s been two days since love birds Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor got married, and we still can’t get over the wedding. Since the end of the marriage, the families of the bride and groom are sharing new glimpses of this big event. Recently, Alia Bhatt’s sister Pooja Bhatt treated Raliya’s fans on Instagram with a beautiful picture of Mahesh Bhatt hugging her son-in-law Ranbir.
In the snap, Alia Bhatt’s father Mahesh Bhatt can be seen hugging son-in-law Ranbir Kapoor as he blessed the new couple. Pooja also tagged Alia Bhatt as she shared the priceless picture on her social media handle.

Soon after the pictures were shared online, scores of fans showered love on the son-in-law duo in the comments section calling the picture ‘precious’.

Earlier yesterday, Alia’s sister Shaheen shared a few pictures of Ranbir and Alia in their wedding attire. In the caption, she showered love on the newlyweds in an adorable and unique way. Shaheen called them her ‘favourite people’ and wrote, “Two of my favorite people in the world got married yesterday and our weird, happy little tribe just got so weird and happy. I love you both.”
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Bhatt’s gang girl had demanded Rs 11.5 crore from the Kapoor family for the juta-chupai ritual. However, after much effort, he was given one lakh rupees. The source, quoted by the news portal, claimed, “After much joking, he was given an envelope worth ₹1 lakh.”
Meanwhile, Ranbir and Alia are likely to have no reception. Recently during an interaction with the paparazzi, Neetu Kapoor was asked about the same, to which the actress mentioned that there are no plans for a wedding reception. “It’s done, it’s all done,” she said and even calmly asked for ‘go and sleep’.
