Ranbir Kapoor’s fans allegedly bully a social media user after she said she did not like the actor’s Lord Ram look.
A group of Ranbir Kapoor’s fans have been accused of bullying a social media users after she criticised his Ramayana look. Last weekend, Zoom TV had leaked photos from the sets of Ramayana. The photos revealed Ranbir’s first look as Lord Ram. While fans were thrilled to see the actor in a new avatar, a social media user criticised the look. This led to a few fans of the Animal actor allegedly morphing the social media user’s pictures and sharing them online.
The social media user, who has not revealed her identity, took to her X account and reached out to Madhya Pradesh State Cyber Police Headquarters to report about the online bullying she is facing. She shared a few screenshots of the morphed obscene videos and photos of her circulating online along with her report.
“@mpcyberpolice, I am reaching out in dire need of assistance, i am a victim of online harassment. My personal pictures are being morphed and edited obscenely without my consent, causing distress and harm. i am attaching all the images as proofs here. These people are constantly harassing me and editing pictures in obscene videos in a very shameful manner, even after calling out they did not stop and have been harassing me since yesterday till now, I can share the original videos and pictures in DMs,” she said.
“I have filled 2 cyber crime complaints online as well but haven’t got any response back, i can provide the original pdfs in DM @mpcyberpolice,” she said, attaching the documents. “I kindly request your immediate intervention and assistance in investigating this matter. I have attached evidence, including screenshots and links to the edited images, for your reference. Additionally, I am willing to provide any further information or assistance necessary. Please take necessary actions Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you,” she said.

Ranbir is yet to address this incident.
On the work front, Ranbir recently began filming for Ramayana. The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and stars Sai Pallavi as Sita. Ranbir confirmed he will be playing Lord Ram in a fan interaction last year. He also revealed he has stopped eating non-veg and drinking as part of his prep for the role.
Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Animal. The film turned out to be a huge hit at the box office. However, the film received polarising reviews. While many have called the film out for ‘glorifying toxic masculinity’ yet again after Kabir Singh, a huge section of the audience has also praised Ranbir Kapoor for his performance. The film did exceedingly well at the box office. Apart from Ranbir, the film starred Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri in pivotal roles.
