Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt Wedding: Girl’s side demands Rs 11.5 crore for Joota Chuppi!

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding was no less than a fairy tale. Both the actors tied the knot on April 14 at Ranbir’s Vastu residence in Mumbai. It was an intimate ceremony in which only family and close friends were present. Social media is flooded with pictures and videos of the two’s much-awaited wedding. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Bhatt’s gang girl demanded Rs 11.5 crore from the Kapoor family for the Juta Chuppi ceremony. However, after much effort, he was given one lakh rupees. Quoting the news portal, the source claimed, “After much joking, he was given an envelope of Rs 1 lakh.

Apart from this, the insider also claimed that Soni Razdan had presented an expensive watch worth Rs 2.50 crore to her son-in-law Ranbir Kapoor. Not only this, but all the guests who attended the wedding got a Kashmiri shawl, which was picked up by Alia herself. “The material of these shawls was incredibly fine and everyone was surprised by it,” the source said.

Earlier today, Rahul Bhatt revealed that Alia and Ranbir took only four rounds in their marriage. Interestingly, there were not seven but four rounds in the marriage. He had a special Pandit.
