Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi-starrer Virata Parvam will start streaming Netflix The OTT platform has been revealed since July 1. The film, which hit the theaters on June 17, did good business at the box office.
The official Instagram handle of Netflix posted about the release. Viraat Parv will be available in three languages - Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Based on true events of the 1990s, fans across the country are excited about Virat Parv. Many comments are coming out on Netflix to release the Hindi version of the film as well. One user commented, “Why not in Hindi?” While another user wrote, “This film is amazing. Please release it in Hindi also.”

Virat Parv is based on a true Naxalite incident that happened in the 1990s. Apart from Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi, the film stars Priyamani, Nandita Das, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab and Ishwari Rao in supporting roles. The film was bankrolled by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinema.
The film is a romantic saga between Comrade Ravana, a role played by Rana, and his beloved Venella, played by Sai Pallavi. In the Virata Parva, Venela reads a banned literature book written by Ravana. Vanella becomes attracted to him and imagines life with Comrade and this is the crux of the story.
