Rakul Preet Singh to appear before ED on Monday in drugs-related money-laundering case
She was issued summons by the ED on Friday, and accordingly she will appear before the agency on Monday.

new Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is set to question actress Rakul Preet Singh on Monday in a four-year-old drug case involving smuggling, consumption and money-laundering.
She was issued summons by the ED on Friday, and accordingly she will appear before the agency on Monday.
This is the second time the actress has been summoned by the agency in this case. Last year also the ED had recorded his statement.
“The actress has been asked to appear before the investigating agency today. Rakul Preet was questioned by the ED on September 2, 2021. Many Telugu actors were also questioned in this matter.
The Anti-Money Laundering Agency has been probing the drug trafficking and consumption case for the last four years. A high-end drugs cartel was busted in 2017 by the Prohibition and Excise Department of Telangana. The racket was involved in the supply of LSD and MDMA and other high-end narcotics. On this basis, ED had registered this case. ED found that the money of that drug cartel was laundered through various channels.
