Mumbai: Reality TV queen Rakhi Sawant has revealed that she got married to boyfriend Adil Khan Durrani last May. On Wednesday, Rakhi posted on her Instagram that she had married Adil in 2022. He also shared a picture of their purported marriage certificate, which shows that the marriage took place on May 29 last year. The 44-year-old captioned the post, “Finally, I’m so excited and married, my love for you 4 ever unconditional love Adil.”
Pictures of both are making a splash on the internet. However, the actress has refused to comment on the rumors regarding her pregnancy. “No comment,” she told ANI on whether she was indeed expecting a child with Aadil. Celebrities flooded social media with wishes for the TV star.
Actress Mahima Chowdhary wrote: “Congratulations. Blessings.” Singer Jaan Kumar Sanu and TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee also took to social media to wish.
Meanwhile, Rakhi posted an Instagram reel video where she is seen garlanding Adil and shared a video of her with Adil and what seems to be a Qazi conducting the ceremony. In the video, Rakhi is seen in a light pink sharara, while Adil is seen in casual wear, black tee and blue denim. Rakhi used to regularly post lovey-dovey pictures with Adil on her social media.
On Adil’s birthday, she posted a picture with him and captioned it, “Happy birthday to the love of my life. Thank you for always being there for me. Can’t be grateful enough to God for giving you to me. Words are yours.” Not enough to express my feelings for you. Have an amazing year ahead. Though I am in BB right now but here is my wish for you. Meri Papuddi.”
Rakhi Sawant was earlier married to Ritesh Raj. The two appeared together in Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 15. Rakhi had parted ways with her boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi long back and the relationship turned sour.
