Bollywood Actor-comedian Rajpal Yadav’s career in showbiz has turned 24 years old. And during this time he has worked in more than 200 films. Rajpal has given many remarkable performances, which till date leave the audience divided. The actor, who will next be seen in Hungama 2, recently added his father’s name to him, hence he will now be called Rajpal Naurang Yadav. talking to etimesRajpal revealed that there was no specific reason behind it. He said that his father’s name has always been there on his passport, but now it will appear on the screen.
Rajpal said that after turning into a small village in the world due to Kovid-19, he thought of using his full name. Along with this, another reason which triggered the idea was a film presented by Apoorva Vyas. According to Rajpal, the film ‘Father on Sale’ is somewhat similar to his real life.
The actor is considered one of the most versatile in the Bollywood industry. But with the changing times, when people have turned towards the OTT platform, Rajpal has distanced himself from the web series. Shedding some light on the decision, the actor said that once the audience starts appreciating and approving his work it is difficult to change one’s taste. Rajpal revealed that he would have rejected more films than he signed. That’s why he does not believe that staying away from web shows has affected his career.
Rajpal expressed his desire to continue working on projects that have universal reach. The actor said he is grateful to filmmakers like David Dhawan who have given him films like “Judwaa 2” and “Coolie No 1”. Rajpal wants his work to entertain people and laughter becomes therapy that generates enough oxygen for the audience in this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
