Rajkot: The Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) on Wednesday suspended the COVID-19 vaccination due to ‘Mamata Day’. According to RMC officials, it was the decision of the state health department. Meanwhile, Rajkot struggled with shortage of food. According to RMC officials, against the target of vaccinating 20,000 people daily in the city, the civic body receives around 7,600 doses of Covishield and 400 doses of Covaxin. It is expected that after July 20, the civic body will get more doses.
