The film begins with Shiv Shastri Balboa’s love for boxing. Shiv Shastri is a big fan of Rocky and hence he is fondly called Shiv Shastri Balboa after Rocky Balboa. To the extent of his passion, he gets an interview on his favorite senior journalist Rajat Sharma’s show. On his suggestion, Shiv Shastri leaves for America and goes to Philadelphia to shoot the video of ‘Rocky Steps’. That’s when the real story of this film begins.
