Rajasthan Woman’s Alleged Abduction And Gangrape Case Deemed False; Consensual Relations Revealed

The alleged abduction and gangrape of a married woman in Bhilwara, Rajasthan has taken a surprising turn, with the police determining that the incident was fabricated. According to law enforcement, the 25-year-old woman willingly accompanied two men for consensual physical relations.

Initially, the woman had claimed that she was abducted by the duo, who then took her to an abandoned house where she fell prey to rape and physical assault on a Saturday night. She also asserted that her assailants had fled with her clothes.

However, subsequent investigations by the police uncovered a different narrative. It was revealed that the woman had willingly gone with the two men, but a dispute arose when they insisted on her spending the night with them. The woman, desiring to return home, found herself constrained into staying. In an attempt to seek assistance, she removed her clothes and approached a passerby, falsely claiming she had been gang-raped, according to the officials.

The accused individuals were detained and questioned, and mobile phone call recordings indicated that the woman had conversed with them on Saturday evening and had agreed to meet in exchange for money.

The woman, originally from Odisha, had been married to a 50-year-old differently-abled man from Bhilwara for six years, said the officials.
