Department of Ayurveda, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University has released a notification announcing 639 vacancies for the post of Assistant Medical Officer. Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies till May 31 at the official website of DSRRAU educationsector.rajasthan.gov.in. DSRRAU will start accepting applications for these vacancies from 1st May.
There are 153 vacancies for general and 47 for general female candidates under unreserved category. Under unreserved category, 18 posts are vacant for widows and 11 posts for ex-servicemen. There are also vacancies for those who leave. There are at least 20 vacancies for women under SC category. Vacancies are available for Widows, Abandoned and Ex-Servicemen under SC category. There are 67 vacancies for other candidates under SC category. Another 15 vacancies are available for women under ST category. There are also vacancies for widows, deserters and ex-servicemen under this category. There are 51 vacancies for ST candidates who are not classified under these categories.
There are 27 vacancies for female candidates under backward class category. There are 11 vacancies available for Widow candidates. Vacancies are also available for Retired and Ex-Servicemen. There are 88 vacancies for other candidates in BC category. There are vacancies for women, widows, deserters and ex-servicemen under MBC category. There are 21 vacancies for other candidates in this category.
There are 12 vacancies available for females for Economically Backward Classes category. Vacancies are also available for Widow, Abandoned and Ex-Servicemen. There are 42 vacancies for other candidates in EBC category.

Salary
Salary will be provided under Level 14 to the candidates who are selected for 639 vacancies.
Age Range
Interested candidates minimum age should be at least 20 years as on January 1, 2024. The maximum age of the candidates should not exceed 45 years as on January 1, 2024. Male candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes will be provided relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit. Male candidates belonging to Most Backward Classes and EWS of Rajasthan State will also be provided relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.
Female candidates belonging to general category will also be provided relaxation of 5 years. Relaxation of 10 years will be provided to women candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes and EWS of Rajasthan State.
