Raj Kundra returns to Twitter with birthday wishes for ‘soulmate’ Shilpa Shetty and message for ‘Mean World’

Actress Shilpa Shetty turned a year older on Wednesday. While fans have showered immense love and well wishes for the actress at the age of 47, a special wish has come from her husband Raj Kundra. The businessman returned to micro-blogging website Twitter and wrote a sweet wish for his ‘soulmate’ along with a funny picture. He tweeted, “Happy birthday my soul mate u love u chirantan. I wish you continue. Be who you are for astonishing a mean world with your kindness. LOVE THIS PICTURE.. . True to your song… killer killer killer lagdi.” Raj Kundra had deleted his Twitter and Instagram handles in July last year after he was arrested for his alleged involvement in making obscene videos.

Apart from them, Shilpa’s sister Shamita Shetty shared an adorable video on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “Happy Birthday my monkey. As a child, we couldn’t understand the big plan wrapped gift. Time taught us about the bond of love. And through that love we have chosen friendship. We have learned to share good and bad times. And no matter what, there has always been love. Thank you for being my mentor, my sister, my friend. .. I wish you everything you prayed for Monkey and I love you so much… Big Tight Huggi (Emoji).”

Shilpa immediately posted a comment and wrote a heartwarming response to her sister’s post. Shilpa wrote, “Oww love you my tanky more than I can express and you will ever know”.

Shilpa and Raj have been married since 2009 and have two children – son Viaan and daughter Samisha.

On the work front, Shilpa has completed the shooting of her upcoming film ‘Sukhi’. Sharing the news on Instagram, Shilpa posted a video from the sets of the film and wrote, “Now I can happily say it’s a wrap”.

Shilpa is also awaiting the release of Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia starrer ‘Nikamma’. The film is all set to hit the theaters on June 17 and will clash with Ayushmann Khurrana’s Doctor G.
