Jaipur: Light Two moderate rain, a. triggered by western disturbance, is likely to be in parts of Rajasthan Rajasthan Over the next few days, an official of the Meteorological Department (MeT) said on Wednesday. The change in the weather system is likely to bring down the day temperature by three to four degrees Celsius, while the night temperature is likely to rise by two to three degrees, the official said.
“There are areas of low pressure Bay of Bengal and currently the Arabian Sea. A Western Disturbance will also be effective over Northwest India in the next 24 hours. Under the influence of the system, light to moderate rain will occur over Udaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, Ajmer and Jaipur divisions on November 18 and 19.
The Meteorological Department official said that the effect of this system will continue till November 20 in the districts of Kota and Udaipur divisions and from November 21, its effect will end and the weather will remain dry.
Meanwhile, Sikar on Wednesday was recorded as the coldest place in Rajasthan with a night temperature of 5.2 degrees Celsius, followed by Chittorgarh at 7 degrees Celsius.
According to a report of the Meteorological Department, Bhilwara, Sangaira (Hanumangarh), Pilani, Dabok and Nagaur recorded minimum temperatures of 7.2, 7.7, 7.9, 9.2 and 9.5 degrees Celsius, respectively.
